Become an Offers and Needs Market Facilitator

Since 2011, we have been facilitating and refining the Offers and Needs Market (OANM): a two-hour, guided process in which community members meet (virtually or in-person) to identify and exchange their passions, knowledge, skills, resources, opportunities, and needs. Participants gain confidence and immediately applicable techniques that almost always improve both their personal and professional skills. Many continue on to our Advanced Facilitator Training and through our certification program.

Basic Facilitator Training
“Crafting spaces that are inclusive, inviting, uplifting, and energizing for participants is an art. The OANM facilitator training practiced this every step of the way, and seamlessly transmitted the steps on how to repeat the process successfully. The program is extremely well thought-out and organized, reflecting real consideration and integration of participant feedback and concrete action towards brave, beautiful, and radically different ways of relating. I have found myself applying the lessons I drew from this training daily — from conversations with loved ones to professional facilitation.” – Renata Ballesteros López
